Melvyn Yeo
Melvyn Yeo is the Founder and Managing Partner of TRIREC, a Singapore-based multi-strategy asset manager founded in 2015. He began his career at Goldman Sachs in 2000, where he spent over a decade managing global multi-asset portfolios and served as a senior member of the equity derivatives team. He co-founded Thirdrock Group, a leading multi-family office acquired by Schroders in 2019. At Schroders, he held senior leadership roles including Deputy CEO (Asia) and Chair of Investment Committee Asia for the wealth management business of the firm. Besides being a serial entrepreneur, Melvyn is also an active early investor and board member of startups. He was the first investor in Sunseap Group and was on the Executive Committee and Board Member. Melvyn is a board member of the Singapore Land Authority, council member of the Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore, chairman of the Sustainable Energy StartUp Network, advisor to the National Research Foundation, and serves on the University of Michigan’s Accelerate Blue Fund as a Strategic Advisory Board member.

Business portfolio includes Michelin-starred restaurants, a Bali beach club and resort, lifestyle, wellness and longevity centre, AI Hospitality Developer and 67 Pall Mall Group – Gavin has an extensive understanding of business across multiple continents and disciplines. Arguably the most prolific MD of International Real Estate Sales/Investments in the World, where as Global Markets Managing Director at FTSE 100-listed Berkeley Group Holdings Plc, he built and has led the Group’s international business across six brands and 26 entities and spearheaded the growth of international revenue from $150M to over $2B annually. With successful market penetration in over 60 international territories, he established operations in key global cities and developed a far-reaching network spanning innovation in investment, distribution, branding, marketing, and sales to drive significant value.

Benjamin Twoon
Benjamin leads Alta’s Private Equity Investments division and is responsible for developing the group's Private Capital Markets and Fund Management capabilities. Benjamin spearheaded Alta’s expansion into Indonesia in 2015, and oversees strategy formulation for regional expansion. Previously, Benjamin served as Non-Executive Director of Anthill Capital Pte Ltd, a regional investment and incubation platform. Benjamin boasts a wealth of diverse experience in Private Equity, Corporate Finance and Banking, across various countries in Asia Pacific. Prior to Alta, he covered investments and M&A at Pavilion Energy, and was a Management Associate at Citi. He also worked in the Corporate Finance team at Winson Oil Hong Kong, Taiwan and Indonesia.
